Worldview of Louisa May Alcott and Jules Verne

RonPaulCurriculum 7th Grade English Essay

Many authors have different worldviews. As for Louisa May Alcott, I loved Little Men and Little Woman, her writing style was excellent, it was funny at some times and very loving. From what I see her worldview was rationalism. Cause when the boys and girls got in a argument, they would work it out with logic and reason. Rationalism: A belief or theory that opinions and actions should be based on reason and knowledge rather than on religious belief or emotional response.

Journey to the Center of the Earth is an adventurous book by Jules Verne, he describes the setting very good, like how he describes the center of the earth. After reading the book I think its worldview is biological. Since its about the creation of earth, the layers of the earth, and nature.
